Payment:
– DIS 2024 registration instructions will be circulated exclusively by internal EasyChair e-mail, in order to avoid the increasingly frequent spam/fake registration emails.
– The students should send a scanned copy of their valid confirmation of study to dis2024@rt.ujep.cz before making the payment to be entitled to the student fee.
-The registration fee covers: Publications, Admission to all scientific sessions, Conference documentation, Certificate of attendance, Coffee breaks and the conference dinner.
-The registration fee for the accompanying person covers: Admittance to all scientific sessions, Coffee breaks and the conference dinner.
– Virtual Presentations- You can pre-record your presentation and submit the video to us. We will aim to have only you join remotely for the Q&A segment. We will provide you with a link that you can use to access the other online sessions, and you may also have access to the sessions featuring our invited speakers. Your paper will also have the opportunity to be published in the same manner as for in-person participants.
-We will schedule free buses for DIS 2024 participants as follows:
1. From the Athens airport to the Hotel Elite in Kalamata, on June 2, 2024 ( 2 and 1/2 hours travel time )
2. From the Hotel Elite in Kalamata to the Athens airport, on June 7, 2024 ( 2 and 1/2 hours travel time )
